    Vintage TOMY Mini Bathtubbies Wind Up Seal Water Toy / Bath Tub Toy. Seal has a broken foot or flipper on the back. These are not the flippers that move which are the ones in the front. Toy seal has a few scratches on his belly and a dark mark on his back, But otherwise in great condition! Still has the purple decoration around his neck, and both of his googly eyes!
