    Description

    A tinplate collectible of a circus elephant riding a 3-wheeled scooter. On top of the trunk is a tin ball with tassles that spins with the friction movement. Unlike some others I have seen, this one does not have a key wind, but an attached handle to pull the scooter with to make the ball spin. it is 10" tall and 5" wide. I do not have the original box. Has been stored, never used.
