Condition is new because it's never been used.  They are a old vintage set, that over time the adhesive holding the plastic over the candles and holders dried up so it's been glued down.  Free shipping is included with purchase

I want to say that even though it's been glued down the plastic is so brittle the pack may open during shipping.  It's a fragile pack.
