Description

The buttons are NM shape.  The plastic cover has small tears on two sides and small marks and small creases on the front.  It has a few small pieces of scotch tape on it--that is the way it came.  The black cardboard box has a small crease on the right side near the bottom--it has a few light marks where pieces of scotch tape were.  There is a price sticker and a serial number on the back of the box.  There is a card enclosed that indicates that this item is #891 in a "limited edition" series of 2,200.
