2Piece Ceramic Black & White Dairy Cow & Rooster Cookie Jar - Old Farmhouse Find

Please read all the information below in red also! My 104 year old neighbor passed away last February. His family gave me an opportunity to go through the barns, farmhouse attic, garages, farmhouse. This is a two piece black & white fairy cow cookie jar. On the lid which forms the cow's back sits a colorful rooster. Ceramic. No cracks. Tiny chips on rooster's beak - lid edges. Bell around cow's neck. On underside of lid is a circular device that may have made sounds at one time when the lid is lifted up. No sound occurs now.  About 10.5" high x 11" long x 6" wide. From or farm e state. I do not know how old it is. Cannot read Maker's Mark on bottom.
